"great place, great location just a short drive from austria, slovenia or croatia. very friendly reception, great breakfast, there is even a terrase to sit in the summer. basic rooms but you absolutely get what you pay for. it is very unfair to leave them bad reviews, for this price u simply cant get better than this! there is even gated parking and wifi for

"Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...
