This is a really unique place to stay. Our room had these huge windows that opened up to the beach. The staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us and see that we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We would recommend The Palm Bay Club Lodge to anyone who wants the best experience in the Dominican Republic. We definitely will be back.

This lodge is a truly special and unique place. It’s a hidden gem in Nagua—quiet, relaxing, and full of charm. The Dominican breakfast was delicious and authentic, one of the highlights of my stay. The person in charge offered excellent customer service and made sure everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, tucked-away spot to unwind!

Nice friendly staff, beautiful views, but the hotel needs a fridge in the rooms, more security personnel, more lights at the beginning of the entrance towards the hotel . Doors in the bathroom so people can have some privacy and the pool needs markings so people know how deep or shallow it is. Other than that, it was a good place!!

I’d definitely stay there again, but at the rate that we paid this time, it was off-season as we went there after the new year, but the property needs some more TLC as far as the outside. The inside was nice! I love the rustic, natural, minimalist look. Unfortunately, we couldn’t even take pictures on the beach as there was so much trash on the property line and the beach. The staff was very helpful and nice since we arrived after the kitchen was closed. The Security helped us coordinate delivery. The staff was also super helpful at the fact that I left my purse in one of the nightstands. They called me immediately after finding it and we had to drive back five hours to pick it up. They were willing to send it through our carrier so I can get my person a timely manner, but we just drove back to get it. The breakfast that was included was absolutely great. The only recommendation that I would give the owners is to have someone periodically pick up the trash that comes up on their land/sand. With a beach front property even looking out the window during breakfast was unappealing.

Hidden gem right on the beach

This was truly a hidden gem and one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel situated RIGHT at the beach, which makes this such a unique experience. The room are tastefully decorated with a minimalistic design, and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor areas are great for enjoying a drink or eating, and the beach is quiet and relaxing. And last, but not least, the staff at the hotel are so incredibly friendly and welcoming, everyone from the receptionists, the cleaners and the security guard. I am looking forward to my next stay!!

Loved the location of the premises. You step out in your right in the beach the staff is wonderful and the food is really unbelievable. The chef and the assistance is amazing. You can eat right by the beach and enjoy the most delicious Dominican food. It’s still in the works, meaning that it’s not fully constructed yet But no matter what it’s still worth it. This comes from a big-time beach lover.
