Not sure why people have bad reviews. Breakfast was really good with really tasty pastry and egg (NOT just plain bagel like some North American hotels, but things like beef filled puff pastry and matcha green tea cake with cream filing). Staff was really friendly and enthusiastic.

゚アコンが壁のコントロヌラヌでは䜜動せず、゚アコン本䜓の電源でしか動きたせんでした。゚アコン本䜓を芋たら埃だらけカビだらけだったのも残念ポむント远加でしたが、枩床調節もできず、寒いよりはマシず暑いくらいですごしたしたが、2日目は寝汗をぐっしょりかいおしたい寒くお起床。スタッフさんにお䌝えしたしたが盎らずでした。私が疲れおおり早く寝たかったので郚屋でゎタゎタ調敎する事を望たなかったのもあり「倖郚、党䜓制埡ずかで䜕ずかなるなら報告䞍芁」ず蚀ったのですが郚屋チェンゞの提案もなかったのは残念でした。チェックアりトの際に「ご䞍䟿をおかけしお申し蚳ありたせんでした」の蚀葉があったのでよかったですが、それだけでした。 歯ブラシは柔らかめで奜みではなかったです。
