"I was more than pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at Marinoa Resort Hotel. From check-in, the entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner who traveled with me. The room service breakfast was amazing. As was the room and its stunning view of the surrounding harbor and distant city lights. I will definitely plan on staying here again."

"Cute little place but was a bit aged. It had a lot of the traditional qualities and room was big and clean. Not a speck of dust but the toilet did have a bit of a smell. Air refreshers and a deeper clean would have helped. The onsen was a nice to have."

"Hotel is dated but well maintained. They have a small arcade and play area for kids to enjoy. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating. View of beach in our room is so relaxing. Their buffet is the best if you like seafood and they serve steaks too. Highly recommended and we'll definitely coming back!"

"The hotel is right next to the train station, which is very convenient if you’re traveling around the area. The rooftop onsen is small but great for relaxing your muscles after a long day of walking. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts I’ve had, there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful, they helped me figure out my luggage shipment."
