I really liked that they had a free airport shuttle. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well. It was a smaller room but just what I needed for a few hours layover.

Always enjoyed my times at Skylodge. Currently getting a refresh which is the only thing however it is no ones fault. Staff are always caring and attentive as is everyone involved. Having stayed here multiple times over the last 4 decades, it always brings back many memories and nostalgia

We knew it would not be a luxury hotel, but we didn't expect it to be so basic. Close to airport, great staff, rooms were very clean, but no frills and restaurant offered very limited choices on the menu. We were only there for one day, so it served our purpose.

The rooms were very spacious, but had bed bugs - told the hotel manager / my room was changed with a free dinner . And was provided with itch soothing cream . Entire staff was very helpful- felt like home

Ok for the price since it was very cheap but it was not as advertised. When we checked in, the front desk said we’d have complementary breakfast but when we sat down, they said it was for two adults and two children under 12. Because my kids were 15 and 17, they said we’d have to pay for them. Breakfast was advertised on Expedia for $19 but we were charged $25 each. That was an unexpected $50. Another reason we got the hotel was that it advertised a gym but when we asked where it was, they said in their partner hotel 3.5 kilometres away. We couldn’t use the gym the first night as it was too late so the next morning we pushed them for the shuttle to drive us and waited over 90 minutes in the lobby for the shuttle to come. Overall, little things, but they add up with the ants in the room, and mattresses in the sun (probably getting rid of the bedbugs we read about). So happy we didn’t get that room!

Stayed 5 nights and but room was not serviced . Had 2 towels in the room which i had to use for the length of my stay. Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower was ok good hot and cold. Overall was ok .

Our stay was good, staff were amazing but the only problem we faced was the door handle/lock. We had trouble opening or unlocking the door. Could do with new locks or upgrade it.
