In the central of everything, walking distance to the Temple,biggest supermarket FNPN next door, third floor with food court,2 minutes walk to the Market and all shops around,the property had big improvements but still a lots work needs to be done, lovely manager and staff, will sty again for sure

We loved our stay at Nadi Downtown Hotel. Well located, walking distance to main attractions in Nadi center. Clean room and bathroom. Spacious. And the service from staff was the best.

Very centrally located, however room and amenities were not as they were described on the booking platform. Room was very run down and blankets, cushions, etc., were very dirty. Mattress was a dirty piece of foam and pillows were much the same. Disappointing

Best local hotel

This is our favorite local hotel in Nadi. We first stayed a couple years ago for about a week. We had spent a month in Nadi trying different hotels, with many being horrible and dirty. But this one is very clean and the staff is great. This year we had a one night layover in Nadi and chose this hotel because we knew it was clean and well operated. And we are happy we did. It was a very clean room, they offered us dinner when we arrived late and breakfast the next morning, and they arranged a taxi for our early flight out. The taxi ride from the airport is $25 FJD, well worth it for a clean and comfortable stay. We will stay again for our next layover and are happy to recommend it.

We paid for 2 rooms. Squeezed to 1 room. No AC in the kids section. Was like a storage room . Broken couch broken bed against wall. Hardly slept. Wouldn't give refund for the second room when asked. Nothing like photos on web site. Breakfast was good. Wifi good Close to town

This was most certainly the worst property I have ever stayed in and I’ve been a frequent traveller. I would go as far to say I would not send prisoners here. I specifically booked this accommodation as it advertised WiFi in the room. We arrived and there was no WiFi in the room at all. The manager assured me this would be fixed for the next day. This did not happen. I raised the issue the next day again and the woman who I spoke to Suzanna was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my whole life. She was simply mean, unhelpful, rude, and aggressive. I informed Expedia of the problem I was having with the hotel, they were very helpful and rang the accommodation to which suzanna told them that they have gave us a discount for our trouble and she would sort the WiFi. We waited hours and she never came so my partner went back down to speak to her. She said Expedia lied and she never told them she would help us. She said why would she help us it’s not her problem that we can’t get WiFi in the room. She proceeded to shout at my partner as we wasn’t happy with this solution. It was exceptionally hostile, she should not be working in customer service. This property had a reputation. When people in the town asked where we was staying they would follow our response with a Ooo and a face of disgust. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.
