I thought I was prepared but downloaded the wrong unloc app in advance! A direct link was provided at check in. Perhaps sending this earlier would be helpful. it was unfortunate that the road outside had suffered major environmental damage days earlier so we had major road...

"The hotel was ideally situated for all the main attractions in Oslo. Everything was within 5-30 mins walk. There were numerous restaurants nearby that were delicious and not too expensive. Staff were helpful and polite. They gave good local knowledge and insights too. "
"The hotel was thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. I signed up as a Radisson rewards member on arrival which meant my room was upgraded, so I had a room that overlooked the city. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel had a good breakfast (including gluten free cake and bread). It also had a gym which had good opening times, and a restaurant which was also convenient (though perhaps expensive). Overall I would recommend. "
