"We were evacuating from a hurricane and looking for a space to get away safely for a couple of days until we could return home. We wound up at the Best Western and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our room was spacious (we had a room with 3 beds for our large family!) and the beds were comfortable. The AC was ice cold and everyone slept great. We didn’t get a chance to use the
pool
because of the weather but it looked refreshing. We weren’t too far away from groceries or restaurants yet...

Comfy beds (yay for their mattress toppers) Check in was great, the guy at the front desk (I forget the name, started with J) was a sweetheart (offered hot water for my tea because it wasn’t boiling hot) Breakfast was good, eggs were better than your average hotel (whatever they do - they did it right), they have TX shape waffle maker too :) "

"Cheap and basic accommodation- walls are thin so a little noisy - but room was very clean with daily cleaning service - I’ve stayed in very expensive hotels without that - so that was a nice bonus! My room was upgraded to a jacuzzi king - and that was a nice extra :) - working on a big movie install so it felt good at the end of the day. Breakfast was basic - but the breakfast bars were good! Excellent value with clean and comfy beds - I would stay here again "
