"We got downgraded cus of an shower not working. Wish we got the same quality room in xchange , and i had to ask for an refund.they fixed it after asking for it.. And the shower not working was out of their control. The room we got had a lot of tiny ants. The bed sheet had large holes in it , they said that they woud change it but it never happened. The staff was amazing and wery friendly and helpfull , and the security guard outside was wery frienfly to. Great place to sit outside the rooms...

"The hotel is nice. A/C and hot shower in room. Staff is nice and responsive. Street parking. No garage or parking lot. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and the night Market. 20 minute drive to resort with beach."

"Looked good on the website offering pool wifi tv - no wifi - the small pool is also given to outside people and unruly teens for a small entrance fee so forget a nice swim with guests only try sharing it with 30 teens all playing loud different music and yelling - no tv -they said they are fixing the problem so we paid full price for a bed "
