"The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful. The bed and pillow were super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed on my trip. The food at the breakfast as well as the restaurant (which included a limited menu 24/7 for room service) was excellent. The airport shuttle/taxi was on time and a very kind, friendly gentleman was my driver. I didn’t understand the directions to meet with him at the airport but he and the hotel waited for me until I could figure it out. (My phone died and I was quite tired.) First time at Mumbai! The hotel was clean and secure."

"Excellent property! Staff were fantastic very helpful and arranged early check in as we were there at 9am after an overnight flight. Comfortable rooms and great pool area (only 3 sunbeds!) more needed - apart from that it was excellent. Great stay and close to airport or city for longer stays."

" I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your restaurant manager, Vishal. As a VIP Expedia Platinum Member staying for 7 days at your hotel, I had an unpleasant experience that significantly affected my stay. Mr. Vishal was abusive in his tone, not just toward me but also his own staff. His lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Since the incident, I avoided breakfast for most of my stay. This morning, I gave it another chance but found him seated on his phone, not welcoming guests, nor asking for room numbers—a clear disregard for guest service. I strongly urge the management to take appropriate action, as such behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality setting and reflects poorly on the Seagate brand. Sincerely Manpreet"
