"The location is excellent, close to the casino, and the hotel offers a shuttle to Mohegan Sun, which is very convenient. What truly exceeded my expectations, however, was the service. The two young men at the front desk and the two ladies (unfortunately I can’t remember their names) working the bar and breakfast area were all exceptionally kind and welcoming."

"The lady on duty for our 12/24 stay was very friendly and polite. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we could not stay for the breakfast, as we had to start our travel home early. "
