I loved that it had everything we needed in the room from the appliances to the dishes!! The host was always reachable and very helpful. The room was very spacious but just needs a little update as far as the carpet and furniture. I also loved the pools and balcony.

Room looked worn out. Other people’s stuff was left in the dressers like candy and cookies plus shirts. Would think in the Summer that could become a pest issue. Baseboard tiles missing along with paint around the dining area

We have previously stayed at Paradise but never in a condo that was owned by another party. This particular condo was disgusting. There was mold in various places. The carpet was so nasty, that in the 5 minutes we spent in the unit, her hands and feet were disgusting from crawling on the floor. Dust on the ceiling and coming out of the vents.

The dishwasher was broken, I was unable to open it. The lock on the sliding balcony door was broken and unable to lock it. The room had a very weird and unclean smell upon entering it.

Avoid like the plague.

The place is run like a cheap motel. They make you go to an office 2 miles from the place to pick up the access kit The A/C in the room didn't work. The room had cockroaches and smelled like wet dog, and when I told them about the smell, they installed a Glade plug-in and left another can of air freshener that we didn't use, but to my surprise, they charged $25 to my credit card for those things. They make you get rid of your garbage and pick up linens. Would never go back and would never advise someone to go there,

No to Elliot Rentals Yes to Paradise Resort

We will never choose to stay with Elliot Rentals again. To make this review short: The only reason our stay wasn’t complete crap it because Paradise Resort is a great resort. However whoever owns and does the rentals for Elliot Rentals clearly only care about money: The issues I had: 1. the room smelled so disgusting that when you opened the door the smell came out into the hallway. We immediately smelled it and even a random person walked passed said something about it. That was never resolved and I had to spend $37 just to mask most of the smell with car bombs and Lysol. I asked about switching rooms and in response was asked if we needed an ionizer. We said Yes and it never was brought. 2. The garbage disposal was broken and smelled like fish. Again just walking pass it you could smell it. They did fix this. 3. The furniture was so old but sturdy. Needs replacing. 4. We included all our guest so it was clear we were going to use the pull out couch and pull down bed. The mattresses were in deplorable conditions. A spring fell out of the pull out couch when we opened it. The pull down bed didn’t even close up in the wall all the way. 5. We had to take our own trash or be charged a cleaning fee when it is clear they don’t even clean the property as it should be. 6. Not having a contactless check in and out was also ridiculous. The only good thing is the linens weren’t dirty and as I said the resort itself (pools, hot tubs, activities, food, etc) was great.
