"Good location outside of town. Parking in gravel lot down the street not bad. Short walk and a bit dangerous for unloading luggage in front of hotel in traffic. Owner very nice and very helpful with suggestions of what to do. Other staff helpful in suggesting restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Beach is rocky, but water refreshing. Bed linens could use updating and futon in our room needed to be replaced, but overall a descent place to stay for the price."
"The owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3"
"Great location, great faciaities staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal with the hotel having both beach and pool, beach is pebble so some may not like that. Highly recommend this place. Only warning is price does not include 15 E per day tax which would be nice if this was included in payment instead of asked for at the end of the stay/ "

Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann.
Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte.
Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten.
Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig.
Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...

"Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Wonderful pool areas and great to have the beach and beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet was also superb with so much choice and very tasty.
I really enjoyed the yoga class and the aqua aerobics.
The evening entertainment was great.
The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and is also close to Rethymno Old Town (40 minute walk or €7 taxi) which is beautiful. "
"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
"Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too!
Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ.
Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay.

"I had a lovely stay here and would come again. I will say that while the property is clean and the staff take care of it, it does need a little lick of paint here and there but overall it is a beautiful location and a true place to relax and recoup. I was disappointed that there wasn't yoga classes as posted, but I was able to book a private class with a teacher, who was great. Booked with their masseuse a few times as she was WONDERFUL (Rose if I remember rightly)
Handy swimming pool right outside my room (salt). And a little general store on site which after realizing that Plakias is a 15min drive away, was good to have on hand.
Scuba diving in the cove was gorgeous and there was a little spot you could jump straight into the ocean near the main pool. The cove is not the beach however, the walk to the beach is about 20 minutes and up some very steep stairs. The view is amazing, but I'd recommend wearing solid walking shoes as there is loose gravel/rocks and the drop to the ocean is sheer.
The entertainment was mediocre to be honest, and the location would benefit from a karaoke night in my opinion. All-inclusive does not include all drinks, beer and wine only. But the food was decent enough to not bother going into the town except for a treat.
Great nudist beach nearby in Plakias, with regular beach down the road. Lovely little town. "
