Déjeuner-buffet ,que passable mais considérant le prix de la chambre , son emplacement dans Stonetown , le Tembo hotel offre un produit plus Qu'honnête."

"We had the presidential room and definitely a wow on arrival but there were a few issues. Maintenance going on at the property that wasn’t mentioned at booking and it made the pool unusable as well as the elevator and common areas not attractive. It also meant construction noise from morning to evening. Specific to our room the bath was not useable due to no plug and we didn’t sleep so much due to a banging tin roof right above the bed. We did advise the staff but they weren’t bothered."

"Construction noise marred our stay. Electric jack hammering sounds on a Sunday from 7am, until after 7Pm. When I complained, the senior manager insisted there had NOT been hammering activity in their construction. Simply refused to belive me. Arrogant and rude. And the next morning, at checkout, the plaster removal hammering was happening in the front entrance."
