Wonderful trip at Muswellbrook ! Thank you

Fantastic stay at this hotel , I enjoyed it . Friendly stuff with great communication and very attentive! Thank you ! I stayed in 2 bedrooms unit , a great value , has everything you would need for a stay when travelling , dishwasher, washing machine , drier , large aircon, comfortable bed and great hot shower ! Will be back and highly recommend this hotel !

Happy to help out with late checking in. Come ask if we had a peaceful night. No one was noisy. All round a great place and would recommend it to anyone.

A one night stay

Property easy to find on the Singleton Road. Easy check-in and parking. Overflowing rubbish bins and piled up laundry a bit off putting. Traffic and machinery noise throughout night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Aldi and fast food within walking distance

Location was great but the shower had so much mould I could not shower. The bed was hard but sheets were clean and it’s a quite location

Staff on reception were nice, helpful. Bed linen clean, beds comfortable but overall place could have been cleaner. Lounge chair in our room was filthy, chairs outside broken, full ashtray on our verandah. Some Workers staying at property inconsiderate regarding noise of vehicles

My stay as only one night this time the room, service were fine. I do think the maintenance of the gardens and pool area could be a lot better. It has been a few months since my last visit and I don’t think the weeding has been done in months. Also flowers may help. But I will still continue to stay each time I’m in town. Thank you.

Disappointing

The rating given by Hotels.com is definitely overrated for this property. The room is in a reasonable condition but the TV is exceptionally small and has a very limited number of channels. The carpet is starting to buckle. The bathrooms are in reasonably bad shape. The tiles have been painted at some stage and the paint is now peeling off. I experienced two cockroaches in the bathroom area overnight.

The negatives: The floors were dirty, our feet were basically black when walking around. Underneath the beds had rubbish and items leftover from previous guests. The lock on the front screen door wouldn’t work. The microwave didn’t work either. The positives: beds was very comfy. Heaps of blankets, plenty of towels. The fridge and kitchen was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and provided us with some dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets as requested. And when we asked for a later check out, the staff was very helpful in allowing us to stay an extra hour till 12. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It was very close to coles and a service station.

Very convenient location, nice modernised rooms. Reasonably priced. Only downside was bed was a bit too firm and entry was hard to see until a bit too late.

Clean and comfy with basic facilities. Looks like they cater for longer visits because there was a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and large fridge. Jo was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again

We had a 3-bed room at the back, furthest away from the road, so heard little or no noise from that quarter. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the shower water pressure was idyllic. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We had undercover parking, so were able to unload and reload the car without getting wet.

The rooms are a good size & clean, soft bed. Check in times are stated so receiving a phone call 30 mins after check in time started to ask where I was confused me. I was staying a few days, all good, but the day before check out I received another phone call to ask if I’m checking out & what time.. really not needed & interfered with my personal time with my family.

Expected much better

A 4-night (3 days) stay. Regrettably the room was not adequately serviced and provisioned on 2 of those days, despite informing the manager on the first day. He seemed to want to avoid responsibility by blaming his cleaners.

The property was fine though you had to drive to find some where to eat. The room was neat and tidy though did smell strongly of bleach. On arrival around 3pm office was closed and we were required to ring for service. Someone came out gave us a key said what room we were in and left. No small talk at all. No other contact was made.

Could not fault the staff, very attentive and prompt to our 2 requests. Beds super comfortable, we had an apartment and living space was fabulous, clean and comfortable couch, lovely dining table, lovely hardwood flooring. Bathroom recently renovated. A few more renovations and it would be perfect. Kitchen needed some updating and repairs, but the bathroom towel rail was replaced during our stay so management are responsive. The older A/C was a bit noisy, but it kept me warm. Overall there are some improvements required but with responsive staff and management I’d say the work required will happen.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rooms are old, dated and in desperate need of renovation. Bathroom looked dirty. Not enough pillows. Someone used internal phones to ring our room at 11pm snd 5am (feel it was a wake up call that had not been deactivated). Electric blanket on bed when it was 33 degrees outside. Don’t stay here. Staff was not helpful when we complained.

Inside the unit looked clean enough but on closer inspection there were multiple stains on the bedspread and pillowcases (which were very standard) considering it was supposed to be a Deluxe room. I slept on top of the bed on a towel. The TV remote felt sticky to the touch and wasn't clean at all. The bathroom was very outdated, the bath towels were small, and soap dispensers were empty although complimentary soap was provided. Showers running in other rooms were loud and annoying to have to listen to at 5.30am. I have stayed at this motel years ago and it was really good, but I have heard it has just changed owners. Don't recommend at all especially for the price.

Fantastic property. Staff were excellent, amenities (BBQ area) Was fantastic. The fella who was running it was brilliant. We had no salt for the BBQ and he was so generous giving us some. Was always working, I'd see him about her property at 7.30pm and early again the next morning. It was reflected in the property. Would definitely return here.

Roomy motel room, with good bench space in both the ensuite and bedroom. Good supply of power points in both locations. Wi-fi worked well. Adequate lighting. Heater worked. Plenty of hanging places in the bathroom. Nice shower. The only negative was that the fridge’s freezer was frosted up, not allowing me to put all I wanted to into it. I would stay there again and recommend this motel.
