"Property is huge and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Biggest problem we faced in the green room was there was a group of people listening to loud music and partying till late night in the common garden. It was a terrible experience. Our kids were not able to sleep. Thanks to Aman he confronted them and requested to lower it down around 11.30 pm. But the the lady at the reception, Preeti, was seemingly very arrogant and didn't even bother to acknowledge our complaint. Hospitality means "

"It's not like what Marriott property are , its like normal hotels in mussoorie. Nothing special , there breakfast and dinning area is also small , very less variety in breakfast , staff is very slow Food is ok ok "

"Property was not matching as per expectations and like other tree of life property. There was no refrigerator in room even after multiple requests that too for mountain side expensive room. Old tv, no toiletries on room cleaning, breakfast was not upto the mark even we didn't have a breakfast coz of sime tiff with staff members. Hospitality needs to be improved and property needs some real upgrades."

"This is one of the best properties I've stayed in India( Mussorie). The service was top-notch, and the staff was always available for housekeeping and any other needs. I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. The views are amazing as well. i recomend this place if you are looking for luxury staycation"

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good service. During breakfast, my partner had to wait almost half an hour just to get plates and cutlery, even after reminding the staff multiple times. It was frustrating to see such basic service being ignored. Another major inconvenience was the hotel phone system. It barely worked, and when we tried calling the concierge several times to request luggage assistance, no one answered the phone. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend spending thousands of rupees at this hotel. There are several other hotels nearby that offer far better service and a much more luxurious experience for guests."
