"Overall: A Pleasant Stay with a Few Quirks The attendee at check-in was very pleasant and accommodating. We were initially given the wrong room type, and when we went to the room, the door was already open, which was a little concerning. However, the attendee was agreeable and helpful when we requested the correct room type, and the second room was exactly what we expected. There were a couple of odd details—the towel was arranged in a strange position on one of the beds, which was a little unusual. The air conditioning also struggled to keep up throughout the night, so the room was warmer than we would have preferred. On the positive side, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, despite a few quirks, we had a pleasant stay."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. We got some much needed rest! The price was fair and the room clean. The bed a little not so comfy, and I had to reclean the toilet when I first got there but other than that it was very very clean. I would for sure go again!"

"Absolutely loved each and every employee we interacted with. They were all so welcoming and so sweet. The room was perfect for our family. The amenities worked for us perfectly. We had no issues with parking or rooms. The breakfast was delicious! The sweet lady that passes out different foods is the best! My children loved her and the front desk people. Everyone really was so kind to us. They answered any and all questions we had and made the whole stay smooth and easy. 100/100!"

"This is an outstanding place to stay in the Ft Smith area. If you ride the Arkansas Missouri rail to Van Buren, it would be worth the Uber or car rental. Hosts are eager to communicate with you. You won’t be disappointed if you like drinking your morning coffee on the front porch of your private rustic but very comfortable log cabin."
