The place is beautiful, and the owners are very accommodating. They even let us stay in a bigger room, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean, and the lakefront was really nice. The rooms and washrooms were also very clean. It’s an excellent place to stay, especially for first-time visitors. They also have a fire pit (i think u can bring wood or just buy it there), BBQ tools (you just have to pay for the gas), and equipment you can use at the lake. Overall, we had a great stay!

This was my first stay in Muskoka and now I am planning my next visit. My friends and I had a great time. The cabin was clean, private, and the view of the lake was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Overall very nice stay. Good parking, beautiful view.

I want to keep this review short and to the point 1. Location if you get a cabin lake front is incredible. 2. Was nice to have a TV in the cabin but didn't have a pull out couch there was a twin bed infront of the TV in the living room. 3. fridge big enough for a few items not for a 1 week stay you'd have to replenish from foodland which is a 5min drive 4. there was no checking instructions by expedia and the list to bring was also incorrect 5. checking in requirea calling the property and communicating with the owners 6. all 4 of the dining chairs were loose and almost collapsed to the ground when we sat on them. however owners came quick to fix them 7. there's a bbq and owners asked for an additional $30 for the tank. 8. the room was made up looked like sheets were cleaned. I don't think floors are washed just probably they sweep them 9. if you are a clean freak do not stay here 10. the windows have windows coverings that are see through we ended up putting towels on the windows so we can have privacy 11. the front door had no handle to pull it to open which was silly 12. we loved having access to the kayaks location location location is a 10

Beautiful place

We had a lovely short overnight stay at The Muskoka Lake cottage. The stay was comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. We lit a fire roasted some marshmallows and star gazed until midnight

It was absolutely gorgeous and so fun the owner was very friendly cottages whete so beautiful scenery was breathtaking not many mosquitos i woild definitely go again

This was my 2nd stay and l loved it even more than the 1st. I will be back in the future. Majestic views, comfortable location with almost all needs met. Owners were polite and available through text quickly. Rustic would be a word to share but also updated, clean and relaxing. Would be difficult for accessibility needs.
