"We were 24 hour flight delay back home to Dallas and so I made reservations for Aschaffenburg, Germany. This little hotel has 39 rooms, two dining rooms and the best hosts I have ever had the opportunity to meet. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and large. We had tea in the dining room, my husband entertained us on the keyboard and they catered to us as if we were royalty. Ready to go back. Don’t miss out on the gem of a place located across the street from the Johannesburg Castle. Beautiful place."

"One of the loveliest hotels I ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean, brilliant staff, free drinks in the fridge on your arrival and free coffee in the morning! "Great hotel with very friendly Staff and a broad range of facilities. Very nice rooms, nice building. The only less great was that once seated in the restaurant, in a quite remote area of a room, they forgot about us and as the waiters apparently work with ‘zones’ the waiter in the zone next to us didn’t even consider warning his colleague, even after looking at us several times, meaning it took 20 minutes and a slightly stronger reminder from our side before he took action and we (family with children) were attended to. After that, we were served very quickly by an experienced waitress and the quality of the dinnermore than made up for the initial neglect. "
