"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything.     "Stayed in 501 (corner room) had a stunning panoramic view of La Paz mountains. Could watch the sunrise each day - amazing. Could also black out with curtains. Could control the thermostat - which was very helpful. The gym next door is fully equipped - you'll find all you need, but their hours are short: 9-3 weekdays and 9-1 weekends. You'll need a small lock to use the lockers and bring your own water/water bottle. Small grievances in the hotel room: Hot water took a while to come on and there wasn't an option for 'English' subtitles on TV. "

    About a 5-10 minute walk uphill from San Francisco Square, Calle Jaén is one of the most attractive streets in La Paz. It's quaint, cobbled, traffic-free and contains some beautiful, colourful, well-preserved colonial buildings.
