"Everything was good until the evening of our stay when we received two unwanted visitors. A couple of roaches decided to show up in our room and it was too late to tell the staff because it was after 9 o’clock and they had already gone home.. We reported it the next day and they said they would spray our room while we were out. I feel like the staff should’ve done more about the roaches in our room maybe compensated us in someway or form I was very excited about staying there since it was my birthday and we were planning on staying in a little better upscale hotel but it didn’t turn out that way. I was very disappointed. "

"We really enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby served each morning between 7 and 9 am..liked the wrist band entry to your room and the kiosk to get towels for the swimming pool and beach areas..bought a bottle of wine with the cork ..was on my way to the bar to get it opened..one of house keeping staff saw me..took the wine and opened in the kitchen and gave it back to me.. our room had partial view of the ocean..but we enjoyed it very much..w"

"They saved our vacation as we booked last minute to move from a disastrous situation at a different hotel out in Fort Myers Beach. The stay at the hotel was marvelous. The rooms are HUGE! Totally unexpected! The size of the balcony is also generous with a gorgeous view out on the canal. The balcony has netting which provides a bug free evening with your beverage of choice. The room comes with a kitchen that has all the amenities you need: full size fridge with ice maker and water, microwave, stove, utensils, and coffee maker. We had a total of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is dedicated to the master bedroom. Unit came with a washer and dryer. Everything is brand new with the units being extremely clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and even let us check out later to get some additional pool time with the kids. They provide a shuttle to the Marco Island beaches along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Couldn’t ask for more of pleasant stay. We found a place we plan to return to for another family vacation. 100% recommended."
