"The property was simply spectacular. Safe walking to historic churches and a castle. The staff was over the top helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Not sure I have ever been to a nicer hotel."

"The staff is very attentive and they do care very much about your stay and your experience at the hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Though we had some issues early with a humming from our AC unit, it was attended to immediately. We didn't expect anything, but the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel with many surprises. "We were in Vienna to tour, and this hotel was perfect. Great showers, great beds and perfect location. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day.
The only "negative" that I can think of is that they had a concierge available when we checked in Friday (IE someone who knew what was going on culturally in the city); but that person was only there on Friday. I didn't realize that, and thus missed my opportunity to avail myself of her services.
I would definately stay there again. "
