"Very close proximity to the old town and beautiful view of the Old fortress if you upgrade your room for a view. Breakfast was good but we did not like waiting in line for the small coffee machine or refill every morning. Elevator very small so we did the steps everyday. If you enjoy historic look then this is a good place to stay."

"The hotel was in a wonderful location and the staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to the port. I really wanted to give the hotel 5 stars but our bathroom was not very clean. The hotel could definitely use some updating. The rugs/carpet in the hallway and elevator had a musty smell and were peeling up from the floor. Luckily the room was not carpeted so the smell was not an issue. The chairs in the lobby were dated and dingy. We chose to stand while waiting for the taxi. A few tweaks and this place could be a gem but right now it is a dud."

"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in, as they were throughout the hotel. Our room was a clean, quiet and a good size, tea and coffee supplied, iron and ironing board, hair dryer in room. Bathroom had a nice big bath, shower was hand held (this was the only slight thing we did not like). Breakfast was very good (buffet style) with lots of choice. Fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, pastries, cake, some hot food, meats and cheeses! We had a drink in the bar each evening and the bar staff were really nice and friendly. We did not eat in the restaurant, in the evening, so cannot comment, only to say the food we did see people eating looked very nice. Hotel is an excellent location and most places are walkable. Would recommend. Thank you."

"What a great place! In the heart of Old Town off a skinny path. Very cute and functional. Fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. Bed comfortable and plenty of pillows. This is no doubt where I would come back to if and when we return"
