They could give welcoming water in room, They gave coffee pods only the first day and then no more, housekeeping never washed our coffee cups we used the first day, they left the coffee cup dirty during all our stay. They change the towels every 2 days, and never changed the bedding, we stayed 5 days in the hotel 😖 "

"This was the cliche type of an all inclusive hotel, the buffet choices were varied but we preferred to eat not at the hotel for lunch/dinner. We rented a car as otherwise we’d have been isolated on the hotel premises as there isn’t a lot around to do aside from the beach outside the hotel, so for those who wish to do more activities/venture around the island it’s probably best to rent a car. The spa/gym facilities are quite small compared to what we were expecting. Overall cleanliness was ok."
