"This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites. "

"Hotel Casa Montero is a solid choice if you want to stay in the historic center of Quito. The entry courtyard is tranquil and inviting, and the beds are quite comfortable. A particular bonus was the size and functionality of the bath/shower -- really impressive! The staff was fantastic -- very kind and helpful. Overall, I had a great time here!"

"This is an inexpensive hostel, great value for the price, that is in the middle of the Old Town section of Quito. Short walk from everything you want to see. Safe. Tons of dining options. Very good breakfast each day. Super friendly, helpful staff! Yale took care of us. Highly recommended. "

"Front staff was so friendly, spoke great English, and acted as a friend. Great service, breakfast was better than a 5 star restaurant included in the booking. Very much tailored service to needs. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good view from the hotel, very safe with high security! Make sure to book hot tub four hours in advance !"

"The location is OUTSTANDING - right across the street from the Presidential Palace. So convenient for walking, eating, enjoying the city. Quiet too! The staff is outstanding and we couldn't walk in or out of the door with the best service ever. We love this hotel!"
"I had a really enjoyable stay here at Hotel Sucre for 3 nights. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Shirley was brilliant. The rooms were very modern, clean and spacious. The towels were new and clean also. I felt very safe as the hotel had a guard who was also very helpful. Food options were great with choices of dishes and drinks. I used the laundry service which was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent, 1 minute walk to the Metro and only 3 minutes to the main square. "
