This is a lovely B and B .The owners were very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was served in the garden and delicious. "Room was very quiet; noticeable how quiet the aircon was. View from room over lake was amazing to wake up to as was location for breakfast. Infinity pool is large, refreshing but not cold and a great spot to watch life on the lake go by."

"Rosa delle Alpi is an exquisite boutique hotel with large and spacious rooms and only 12 rooms on a very large natural oversized acreage with the most incredible staff. they also have the best chefs and incredible meals for dinner at below market pricing. when we arrived late at the Varenna train station in a pouring rain storm. One of the managers came personally to pick us up because no uber, no taxis. it’s about half hour trip to the Hotel. the property is exquisite with wood and stone...

The communication with the staff was excellent and they are extremely helpful during the check in process with plenty of information which, given the location of the property, could be confusing without. Highly recommend a stay if you are in the area."
