"The only thing good about this hotel is the staff in the location. The pricing is fair. Wi-Fi connection is great. The rooftop is great. The menu is a little overpriced and not that many options but fitting for the area if you don't mind. Non-stop music and noise from neighboring businesses and the music in the hotel and expect any quiet arrest. Then I would not stay here. I address multiple concerns with management and staff that went unaddressed. I will never stay here again."

"Unfortunately the pool was out of service. I did a filtered search for properties with pools and hot tubs and guess what Grand Hotel came up. I have stayed here before but so the search in case a new hotel opened up. Well here we go I booked did not let me.know that even though it does have a pool it would be out of service. Booooo do better both Expedia and Grand Hotel do better"

"Hotel has restaurants and bars around the area. Staff if very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious but unfortunately, the shower flooded and only 1 guest was able to shower."
