"This is not our first time staying at GS, just to love it. But with time that has change, we request balcony but not a single chair to seat! Wi-Fi will came at go. TV wasn't working. Card key was reissue 2 times and at the end of our stay they tried to give me someone else ID. I wont even go about the restaurant service! Sad to see that the quality of this hotel has being going down."
