Ademas que el estado de las instalaciones es deplorable, los cuartos estan llenos de pulgas y garrapatas en las camas. El estado de limpieza del lugar es un desastre. "Hidden gem about 2km from the the ski slopes of Piancavallo but it's worth the drive. The decor and vibe is amazing with a beautiful spa, gourmet restaurant and friendly staff. I've stayed twice and they remembered me from the year before. In my opinion it's the only place to stay in Piancavallo or Aviano area."

"Overall a great property and excellent service. Rooms are very modern and well maintained clean comfortable and quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful. The included breakfast buffet is quite nice. There’s a charge for hot items but there’s so much available there was no need to get anti my in the menu. Prosecco included for the free buffet. It's little bit of a walk to the downtown area but they do provide a golf cart shuttle in the evening. They have off site parking and will valet it for you. Nice beach access and their umbrella tables have a lockbox you can use with a RFID bracelet from the front desk. Great to keep your phone and water safe while you’re in the water. Nice pool sky bar pool on the 6th floor roof. Only complaint is we had guests over. buying drinks chilling in the pool but after a while the bar manager said our guests could continue to drink there but couldn’t be in the pool. While the pool isn’t very big was a little silly that you would let people drink at the bar but not use the pool. "
