"Employees need to improve their friendliness. The hotel is located in a noisy environment while it is equiped of inappropriate glass windows, which do not filter external noises. Humidity is see in the rooms."
"It is an affordable no expensive and safe place to stay. Rooms are clean and they have hot water, electricity and wifi 24/7. The staff are prompt to respond and very respectful when addressing to guests. Augustin and Jean were very professional and the receptionists were very professional. There is a store called kin market less than half a mile. An ATM and vending machine could be added. My overall experience was positive. It is a go."
"Family and friendly staff services , delicious breakfast but the only thing I didn't like the way breakfast was served in the bedroom is not safe and no hygiene and a little professional cleaning would be great."

"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby, looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"
