"This is not a hotel it’s a piece of trash. It’s rusty, dirty smelly and broken walls and bathrooms. No hot water only cold. No tv no towels I had to asked for toilet tissue. The sensor goes off so quickly even the front desk person was not too happy when he took me to the room. So please don’t get in to this trash to avoid getting sick."

"I think it was a very beautiful hotel and the service was absolutely amazing. The valet service was very nice, he was there to greet us when we arrived and assisted with carrying my bags and parking in my car. Reception was incredibly responsive and did their best to address all of my needs. The reason for the rating is because despite everything else, the air conditioning barely worked and the handle on the door to my room was clearly on its way to coming off. "We were only staying one night. The hotel is located in the historic part of town and has been individually and sympathetically restored and created. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. I would pas two comments though. Firstly the very small switch for air con control was not pointed out to us and it took some time to realise the reason we had no air con. I was conderned about the amount of daylight around the bedroom door which would not provide fire and smoke protection in case of fire. "
