"“Smart”tv difficult to get to log onto free to air tv. Room was very clean and well maintained"

"The hotel was excellent except we were cold at night as the bedding was not warm enough. There were no spare blankets in the room. Also as we had an appointment early on Sunday, we were disappointed that the dinning room was not open earlier than 8pm for breakfast. A 7am or 7.30am time would have allowed us to have breakfast before we left for the day."

"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm."
