"No sausage. No eggs. It was nothing. Out of yogurt We had a first floor room next to construction. I never thought it would last until 8 pm. No workout room. It was all filled up with stuff I paid full price for a room that was way less than it was worth No returning "

"Hotel room was meh."

"We checked in and we were assigned room 301. We opened the door and was immediately hit with a musty/smoke smell. We opened the door to air it out some and turned on the lights to see the top cover stained with large round discolored spots that I can only hope to assume was urine. I also noted a few small dripped spots that were rusty brownish red in color. I can’t say for sure it was blood but I wasn’t going to try to find out. I called the front desk and reported the condition of the room. The girl working the check in desk promptly moved us to room 106. So we gathered up our kids and headed inside in hopes it would be better. Wrong!! We walked in and this room smelled better but we noticed something crawling on the wall and it was a roach. There was also two take out containers of food in the fridge from previous guest. We quickly gathered our stuff and took the kids to the car so we didn’t adopt any new pets. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund to be advised my room was non-refundable and that in order to get anything resolved I should speak with the manager. I have left a compliant at the desk with my number and still have not heard from them. I called and they advised me the manager wasn’t in but they would reach out when they were available. It is the weekend so hopefully I will hear back soon. However, if you are looking for some new pets the room is available for $88 includes leftover food."

"The shower head and was fantastic which makes a difference from mediocre to very good. The TVs were large and thermostat on the wall which is an upgrade to other hotels the same price. "

"This was our second time staying here on our way to Florida. The parking was great and lot lit up and safe. Our room was clean and the beds so comfortable. We only had 5 minutes to get breakfast and they insisted we get some and take our time eating while they cleaned up. Food was so good and the mini waffles were the best! The staff here are so incredibly nice and friendly. They have the best customer service and treat you like family. Thank you for another great stay! "
