"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. La hubicación es buenisima, lo tienes todio a mano andando."

"Personal muy amable, nos llamaron el día de antes para ver a que hora íbamos a llegar y nos dejaron hacer check-out hasta las 14 h sin coste adicional, lo cual se agradece. Habitación y alojamiento con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, el único aspecto “negativo” que añadiría sería que a pesar de los carteles rogando silencio durante la noche en el bungalow se escuchaba todo… y los huéspedes no eran muy respetuosos en ese aspecto, por lo que el sueño se dificultó. "

"Hotel is well positioned in the city to explore the main highlights and pintos bars. Interesting parking lot that is able to accommodate small vehicles only. Room furniture while adequate could use some updating. Overall, a good hotel to stay at in Logrono. "

"Stayed here in December and everything was great. We tried to book a parking space and told it was first come get the spaces.we were told the parking was full. We were offered another secure parking space locally. We could not get our larger car into the space, it was also not secure. We finally got into the garage at 5 pm to find it empty. When leaving the very scruffy man on reception continued to talk to a friend. After waiting several minutes I put down the card and left. Great hotel location. Staff need help "

"Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing - very hot and stuffy in the rooms. I tried turning on the air conditioner (it worked as a fan only) and opening the window (not possible with the security lock blocking it). 10 degrees outside and i was suffering from tropics in my room. The buffet was great and overall very clean and friendly."
