"Hayır. Deniz manzarası için eksta ücret talep edildi. Oda çok küçük ve oturacak bir sandalye bile mevcut değildi. Banyo yapmak için sabun v. S. Mevcut değildi. Kahvaltı çok vasat ve sast 9.30 dan sonra veriliyor. Bütün oteli tek çalışan idare ediyor. "

Temizlik ve hijyen harika. Hiçbir kusur yok. Kahvaltı günümüz gıda fiyatları düşünüldüğünde oldukça iyi. Tek sorun otelin konumu. Otel Avşa adasının merkezinde ve feribot iskelesine 100 m. mesafede. Adanın merkezi çok kalabalık ve gürültülü. Hele ki belediyenin düzenlediği konser gecelerinden birine rast...

Ayrıca otelin kafe hizmetlerinide tercih edebilirsiniz biz memnun kaldık. Çıkış yaptığımız gün feribot saatine kadar bavullarımızın lobide kalmasına izin vermeleri ve çıkış saatinden sonra ortak duşu kullanmamıza izin vermeleri bizi çok memnun etti ayrıca teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz."
