"Aucun personnel physique. J’ai reçu un WhatsApp avec les instructions pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer clĂ©s, le petit dĂ©jeuner est dans la chambre ( frigo/ machine Ă  cafĂ©) qui encombre la chambre. Pas de climatisation et chambre donnant sur la route et la gare au 1 er 
 la dĂ©coration mexicaine est vraiment curieuse pour un hĂŽtel avec ce nom "

"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...
