Muraoka Hotels

"Clean, quiet hotel. The most comfortable beds we have slept in during our trip "

"Wonderful hotel. Each room had the perfect amount of amenities and space. Really appreciated the free drink on arrival, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Spacious room, even though I don’t speak Japanese that well the staff were very helpful!"

"New decorated with good design and very spacious. Good food and good service in reasonable rice. Except the onset is a bit small and no outdoor."

"大浴場に行くのに階段を使わないと行けないのが高齢者にはきついです。エスカレーターの設置または昇降機があれば良いのですが。"

"The onsen itself was really nice but the property was a bit outdated. There are no showers in the rooms "

"Amazing room, with beautiful views with easy bus rides to kinosaki . Its a must 💕"

"Beautiful property with excellent facilities!"

"蛍がたくさん見れました。"

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great experience staging in a traditional ryokan. The staff was helpful and very attentive to our needs, and they included tea and Japanese sweets upon arrival. The only downside to staging here is that it is a 15 min walk from the main town, but we didn’t mind it, and they provide a shuttle throughout the day for your convenience. Overall had a great...

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable."

"Comfortable bed and very good breakfast buffet. "

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."

"The staff was very accommodating. There aren't any restaurants around, so including meals with your reservation is highly recommended. "

"Beautiful views and ocean beaches right out the door!"

"Amazing stay, incredibly helpful staff that can’t do enough for you, lovely private Onsen in the hills. Must visit if in the area"

"Excellent parking. Comfortable, quiet."

"ただのラブホです 直接取ったほうが安いですよ。倍取られます。"

"Rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well maintained. Staff was awesome, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in Japan. Location is fairly remote, but extremely peaceful, and there are free shuttle busses into Toyooka. Onsen was pretty good and clean. If you are looking for a relaxed time away from the typical tourist bustle, I can highly recommend this hotel. Most guests were elderly and extremely friendly, and it was completely silent at night."
