So la la ...!!

Diese ist keine echte Hotel, sondern einen Altes Residenz....!! Mit frrie Zimmer oder Apartment. Zimmer und Bett sehr muffig und gestunken nach alte Möbel oder Menschen ...!!! Keine richtige Restaurant, und überall sind Hotelgäste mit Alte Bewohner von Heim unterwegs. Beim Frühstück, im Gang, im Lift und Park...und so beide seite fühlen sich gestört von einander..!!! Sehr sehr langweiligen einfache arme Frühstück, Pool war defekt und ausser Dame im Rezeption, die einzigen Mitarbeiter am Frühstück war nicht unbedingt gesprächig und nett mit uns. Weil sie ja Hotelgäste und Alte Menschen gleichzeitig bedienen müsste. Insgesamt hier für uns in die Zukunft kommt nicht mehr in Frage.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Das Hallenbad mit Massagedüsen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Wir hätten uns im Hotel WLAN gewünscht.

Es war ein sehr gutes Hotel. Verbesserung wäre sicher, das Morgenessen ein bisschen auszuweiten mit mehr Möglichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Rösti mit Würstchen, mehr frische Früchte und auch Spiegelei oder Omelette wäre sicher noch eine gute Idee.

Toller Park, nettes Personal, großzügige Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Leider kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Wenn man abends anreist, ist die Rezeption schon geschlossen. Andere Eingänge waren verschlossen, es waren keine sichtbaren Hinweise, dass man sich im Restaurant melden muss, um einchecken zu können, deshalb bin ich erst mal 15 Minuten ums Haus herum geirrt.

Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Man ist zu Fuss in weniger als 10 Minuten in Locarno. Das Auto kann man in der geräumigen Tiefgarage abstellen und die Gebühr ist angemessen. Vom grossen Balkon unseres Zimmers hatten wir einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Park, die Berge und auch etwas Seesicht. Die drei Gebäude der Residenz sind eigentlich Alterswohnungen (betreutes Wohnen) und es werden offenbar auch Wohnungen als Hotelzimmer vergeben. Man darf sich also nicht stören, wenn man vor allem ältere Leute antrifft. Unsere Wohnung war mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer und einer Küche ausgestattet. Es war absolut ruhig und alles sehr sauber. Speziell zu erwähnen ist sicher der grosse Innenpool, welcher fast immer menschenleer ist. Das Wasser ist sehr warm und man kann ungestört seine Runden schwimmen. Gleich daneben hat es einen kleinen Fitnessraum, bei welchem die Geräte aber mal ausgetauscht bzw. gewartet werden sollten. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Hotelgäste frühstücken im sehr schönen Wintergarten gesondert von den übrigen Bewohnern. WLAN ist frei, aber nur an bestimmten Orten (Bar etc.) verfügbar. Wir haben es nicht vermisst. Für uns ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem alles stimmte!

Zimmer sind gross und praktisch eingerichtet: Couch, Küche, Balkon/Garten. Frühstücksbuffet ist top. Die Lage ist zentral in Locarno. Tierfreundlich. Ist eine Alterswohnresidenz und sehr gemütlich - auch für junge Leute.

wir haben kurzfristig einen Trip ins Tessin gemacht. wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und hervorragend betreut. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch. Es ist Sauber und Zentral, gute Betten und Fenster. Hallenbad mit 30 Grad und Massage Düsen. Fitness und einen schönen Garten, was will man mehr. und das beste ist, Hunde sind willkommen, dürfen sogar in den Frühstücksraum mit,

Viel Platz und super Lage!

Sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Piazza Grande. Apartment war gross und der Balkon riesig! Zimmer war zum Park hin und daher sehr ruhig. Leckeres Frühstück inklusive! Leider kein Wifi im Zimmer aber auf dem Balkon!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Altersresidenz

Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig, schöner Park, Zimmer gross und sehr sauber, Frühstück ein echtes Highlight, auf der Terrasse mit leckeren Sachen vom Büffet, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Hotel ist eine Altersresidenz, in 3 Gebäude verteilt; als ich eine andere Treppe nach oben nahm statt die weiter entfernte, schaffte ich es, in der geschlossenen Abteilung zu landen und erst nach einer Weile den Trick zu finden, wie ich mit Knopf über dem Türrahmen wieder rauskam;) Bei der Rückkehr ins Hotel war die Rezeption (nach 18:00) nicht mehr besetzt und die Eingangstür ging nicht mehr auf. Auch hier musste man herausfinden, wo man bei den 3 Eingängen des Hauses den Schlüssel auf der Wandseite einstecken musste, um wieder ins Haus zu kommen, ohne auf die Klingel der Pflegeabteilung angewiesen zu sein. Wenn man das alles herausgefunden hat, ist es ein tolles Hotelzimmer zu einem guten Preis.

Wir haben kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet, aufgrund des Filmfestivals in Locarno waren leider nicht sehr viele Alternativen verfügbar. Das Hotel ist sehr grossräumig, scheint eine Kombination von Hotel, Rehazenter und Klinik zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, lassen jedoch Charme vermissen. Die Zimmer sind rollstuhlgängig, mit Sitz in der Dusche, eben eher Kuraufenthalt als Kurzurlaub. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, auch das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage sehr zentral für Stadtbesichtigung und Shopping.

Malheureusement quand je suis arrivée la réception était fermé. On m'a reçu au restaurant et les explication on était trop rapides. Comme l'hotel est très grande je me suis perdu dans les couloirs. La piscine et certain partis de l'hotel sont en train d'être rénovées.
