The staff are friendly and attentive, though service can be slow during busy times. The food was excellent although, as above, the service could be improved."

"Hotel was not anywhere near the location your map showed and thus did not serve our needs at all. In fact it was in Ghana although it was supposed to be in Munyonyo. Management knew about this misleading marketing and just laughed at us and did not agree to help us at all. Awful "

"I had a nice stay at the hotel. Breakfast could be served at an earlier time however. They mention it starts from 7, but is only being served from 8 onwards. Overall, it's a nice hotel at a good location."
