"Paid for parking, but when I came back that evening, no parking spot was available. Was told at the front desk that they didn’t process of reserving the spot, so someone else got it. No heat in the room, was only blowing out cold air. Had to turn off the blower and get a space heater to try to warm up the room. The temperature in the room was in the low 60s. A vent in the bathroom was covered with a heavy layer of dust."

"We water run for 10-15 minites and then it should get hot. There were 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the bathroom. The gentleman in the morning was nice and polite and reconfirmed to turn the water on 15-20 minutes to get hot. I dont have time for that. "

"Perfect one night stay. The location was continent to what our needs were. Beds comfortable breakfast satisfying, just wish it went till 10 am. Quiet and comfortable and couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for a great stay."
