"Clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful hotel with great decoration.The Indian restaurant was amazing with impeccable service. Beautiful swimming pool, conveniently located especially when you have a car. Everything is close by. Not easy for walking around the hotel though (no sidewalks and too much traffic). Beautiful sunset spot! I'll recommend it."

"Tall trees is an amazing resort immersed in nature! A relaxing and scenic environment with many wonderful activities such as nature hike, tea tasting and evening bon fires. The restaurant has amazing food. Highly recommend!"

"Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps. Me and my wife instantly fell in love with Valle and all this because of the splendid hospitality we were receiving from time to time according to our want and desire from there started our journey of enjoyments in Valle for 4 days honestly 4 days is not enough to Explore Munnar atleast we should have stayed 10 days in Valle Rooms are spacious, Ambiance is very nice.Hotel Staff is very nice and soft spoken. Me and my wife are foodie exquisite dishes that will delight our taste buds" and that the chefs were "truly impressive". What else can we ask lovely morning breakfast service with a variety of savory foods and fresh fruits. We even asked customize food they made it for us. The chefs' mastery of flavors and presentation is truly impressive. From the freshest ingredients to the warm hospitality, specially thanks to all Chefs Me and my wife would definetly return back to Valle Munnar no doubt about it next time stay more days enjoy the ambience food lovely customer connection they provided us Love to return back again. "Unfortunately i had one dinner in the hotel on my last night there and contracted sever diarrhoea and vomiting . "

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it it was super slippery, looks like they never cleaned the previous oils that could have come from people getting massages done and it was slippery. There was also no floor Matt for after shower use which made the floors more slippery after being wet. The breakfast was good at this place however the service was extremely slow during breakfast. "
