Nice hotel, clean and modern, convenient

Great stay, the beds were nice, sort of like memory foam. The lobby was nice, the sandwich was excellent, foosball table was fun though only of moderate quality and with some broken pieces. The gym was functional, some free weights, a machine, and a number of exercise bikes. Everything was clean, housecleaning did a great job, loved the hotel overall and enjoyed the convenience of the location.

Good location only 4 tram stations from the central station. Clean, quiet and friendly service. Downside is the A/C which has been limited to help the environment. While that is of course very noble, I would like to be able to make that decision myself.

In general, the Novotel is very good with comfortable rooms and excellent staff. The shower base is pretty slippery and there are no grab bars, so if, like me, you don't want to fall, you have to be careful. There is a lot of public transportation in the area which is helpful because you aren't right in the old city. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet here is very good as well.

The flush was leaking, reported and then after fixing the water flow was not good. Property was convenient to walk to and from office in Erika Mann street. Breakfast spread was average with very less vegetarian options. For this reason I skipped 2 days even after paying for it.

Close to the train station. Clean rooms, but did not get room service, unsure if I need to request that. Parking was 24 Euros /day. Staff spoke English. The garage was not full, so there was room for parking. The suana was nice, but there was no robes. The rooms did not have conditioner. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Tram stop just a short walk. Sauna and mini gym good. Not much choice in restaurant but food we had was good quality. Didn’t try the breakfast. Room was too warm at times and unable to control temperature ourselves. Called reception said it was centrally operated and gave us a window key. Our room was facing the road so very noisy with window open. Overall would recommend though.
