1. Ich habe bei meiner Buchung ausdrücklich ausgewählt, dass ich vor Ort bezahlen möchte. Als ich angekommen bin, wurde mir jedoch gesagt, dass diese Zahlungsart gar nicht angeboten wird. Bei mir wurde dann angeblich eine Ausnahme gemacht: Ich sollte den gesamten Betrag in bar bezahlen, da keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert werden. Welches Hotel oder Hostel nimmt heutzutage bitte keine Kreditkarten an? Außerdem wurden auf den ursprünglich bei Expedia vereinbarten Preis zunächst einfach 30 € aufgeschlagen. Nach einer Diskussion konnte ich schließlich den ursprünglich vereinbarten Expedia-Preis bezahlen. 2. In der Beschreibung wird nirgends erwähnt, dass es Gemeinschaftsduschen und Gemeinschaftsbäder gibt. Zusätzlich muss ich zum Duschen ein Stockwerk nach oben laufen, da die Duschen auf meiner Etage noch nicht fertiggestellt sind. 3. Die Ausstattung ist extrem mangelhaft. In einem Doppelzimmer gibt es nur eine einzige Steckdose. Es gibt keinen Spiegel, und der Lichtschalter befindet sich am anderen Ende des Zimmers. Wenn man das Licht ausschalten möchte, muss man anschließend mit der Taschenlampe des Handys zurück zum Bett laufen. 4. Das gesamte Hostel ist sehr staubig. 5. Die Toilettenböden sind dauerhaft verschmutzt. In den Duschen liegen überall Haare, es gibt weder Papierhandtücher noch Hygienebeutel für Binden oder andere Damenhygieneartikel. Dadurch landen benutzte Binden offen im Mülleimer, sodass das Blut für jeden sichtbar ist. Das ist äußerst unhygienisch & ekelhaft
