Decent hotel

Hotel rooms were nice and clean. The parking facilities on the street was a nightmare. However, the hotel had a parking garage that costs 18€ which we took since there were no other available parkings in the neighborhood.

Staff was welcoming! We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after we checked out to continue exploring Munich. Apartment was fully stocked and clean! Would definitely recommend! It was also super close to tram and bus stop, easy to get back to downtown!

Good stay for Adele. Got the impression it was just opened and check in wasn’t the clearest with staff sat behind the desk but did sort of ignore us before someone else came down to get us our key code but apart from that the amenities were fantastic

Room and building is really nice! Beds are comfortable. Service and communication were bad. We came to check in and the man at the desk couldn’t speak a word of English, it made every encounter (e-mailing them ahead of time, checking in, checking out, getting a taxi) extremely hard and made him (and us) very frustrated. We were very surprised by this. But our stay itself was fine, room was good.

Room was okay but lacking essentials eg dish detergent. It was quite dusty. The laundry did not work which was a problem when you were expecting to be able to wash clothing for a family of four.

Zimmer sollten nicht nur auf Anforderung zumindest alle 2 Tage grob gereinigt (+ Handtücher + Klopapier + Kaffeekapseln) werden. Mitarbeiter könnten freundlicher und servieorientierter sein. (Getränke abends nur widerwillig erhalten.) Schminkspiegel, Tücherbox und Geschirrhandtuch fehlen. Zimmer zu warm (trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung). Fenster müssten ganz zu öffnen sein, nicht nur gekippt. Auschecken 10 Uhr ist zu früh. 11 Uhr wäre besser!

Das Studio war perfekt. Sauber und mit hochwertiger Möbilierung. Küchenzeile ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub. Können es jedem empfehlen. Und wenn man dann mal am Morgen nicht selber Eier kochen will kann man herrlich frühstücken unten in der Lobby, da gibt es ein wunderbares Buffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit hilfsbereitem und sehr nettem Personal.
