Classic Marriott property with very new, clean, modern facility; very international, helpful and personable staff. Location requires walking and public transport or taxi to central downtown tourist attractions. Excellent location for S-bahn connection to the airport. Would definitely choose it again when returning to Munich.

The hotel is new and the staff are very helpful in making our stay plesant and comfortable. One of our meals at the restaurant did not go our way (no fault of the hotel) and th restaurant manager personally apologised and made sure a replacement meal was provided, on the house. Excellent facilities and service. I would stay there again!

Great new hotel, but a little far out of town

Very modern and comfortable, brand new hotel. Great bar and restaurant (albeit, I would have preferred a German restaurant, rather than Italian). Slight negatives were that check-in was very slow and that I was charged €9 for 2 coffees, because I missed breakfast by 4 minutes. Also, the location isn't great if you like walking to places.

Mixed feelings about this hotel

Reception was very kind and helpfull but the reception room was very small and gave a bit of a “is this a Marriott” vibe. Room was nice but we had noise from people doing contruction in other rooms at the hote which was a bit annoying. Also seems weird to me not to build in a pool in a brand new big hotel.
