Bed linnens were too rough and uncomfortable to sleep on. Bad smell from the drains due to being unused/ unflushed for a while. That being the room was clean and ok for a single night's stay.

We did the 2 twin bed private room. Good enough for a night sleep but VERY basic. There appears to be a mini kitchen and burners but what I didn’t know beforehand is that you have to book kitchen supplies separately. There are no kitchen supplies, only 1 kettle. There are burners but no pans, soap, forks etc. The property mgr said it was in the FAQ but I didn’t know so I wasn’t able to cook like I planned. Rooms are stuffy, which is to be expected because they don’t have AC and that’s fine, I knew that going into it but it was very hot. Bathroom has a motion sensor light so you have to keep the door closed if you want the light to remain off, and smells collect in the bathroom. There was black hair in shower (we are blonde). I did like the secure keypad entry from the main room and the video cameras in the hall.

The room is as described however there is a strong smell in the room a mixture between trash and humidity but it is very strong. Due to time constraints and limitations I was not able to book a different room. If you are thinking about saving by renting this specific room please look elsewhere or adjust your budget is just not worth it.

Its cheap. You get what you pay for. Room was listed as coming with a fridge. We had 100 euros of food in there. To only realise the next day it wasnt working so had to throw everything out.

It is a bot hard to find, but the room had the same comfort as a 5-star hotel. Comfortable bed and pillow, good space in the room and bathroom. I could wish for some more hangera in the closet and an extra set of toilettpaper

Internet was slow; Voices of people talking outside & in the rooms beside & above us could be heard..up to wee hours after midnight; there were no kitchen utensils, cups, glasses etc., lacks necessary amenities. Only one good thing is its proximity to Marienplatz & the city.

This place does not belong on hotels.com. It is not even close to a hotel or even a hostel. It is a small old apartment in a sketchy area of downtown Munich with a tiny kitchen, but no way to use it (no pots/pans/utensils/etc), and a bathroom, but not even any toilet paper. These things are avaliable for purchase/rent, but they are marked up in price and need to be delivered by them, which may incur an additional charge. We tried to call, but when connected to an agent, they hung up on us, after stating that we would be charged extra for them to come to the room. We also messaged them during our stay, and have never heard back. The whole place was small, but the bathroom especially was almost too small to turn around in. No air conditioning of course, which means you have to keep your window open all through the night and it is so loud, bright, and smoky. Also, the water kettle was filthy dirty. Definitely do not recommend.

In most ways this place was really good - the space is nice, comfortable, clean and a great location. Communication was good and it was easy to access the property. However, one huge issue was that the Wifi was atrocious. Cutting out constantly, if it connected at all, and on top of that it wasn't a secured connection, so not suitable for remote working, which is a shame because otherwise it's the perfect place for it. There was also an ant infestation coming in from the front door - more of an FYI to management as I'm sure they can do something about that, but the main thing would be to get a dedicated Wifi router in the building, stop using the useless local hotspots.

Stay away, do not go here! It’s like a halfway house in a bad neighborhood. You walk in through a dark garage entrance to a scary side door, up a dark dank staircase and to a small dark hallway. The room was ok, didn’t seem dirty, but it’s the kind of place where you don’t want to use the towels and the blankets seem like someone’s hand me downs from the thrift store. The bathroom smelled, toilet paper rolls are on the back of the toilet. You’ll be glad to have the deadbolts on the door, all you hear outside all night are cop cars and drunk people screaming and throwing bottles. Just do yourself a favor, skip this place. Not worth it even if it were free.

The room was very basic but it was clean.There was a kettle and 2 plastic cup. The bathroom was very smallnot for big people.One tub of handwashand a toilet roll. I did not see one member of staff as everything id done remotely.There was rubbish on the fllor Friday and it was still there on Sunday. You get what you pay for i guess. .
