Rooms are spacious. No air conditioning. Staff was very pleasant. Noise from hallways was very loud, this could have been due to Oktoberfest.

Disliked: Amenities
Street construction should have been noted before we booked! Noisy, smoking…couldn’t open window. Absolutely zero amenities. Good location, and reasonable price during Oktoberfest.

The hotel offered a very good breakfast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, close to the subway, making it easy to get around. The gym was good, although adding free weights would improve it. My room was clean, but the entrance door was partially damaged on the inside and definitely needs to be replaced. The corridors leading to the rooms also need repainting, as they looked worn and did not give a clean impression. Overall, a good hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location, but some areas need maintenance and updating.

The place is falling apart, and it was extremely hot. Only a small fan was provided, which didn't help. The breakfast options were very limited. No fruits, desserts, or good pastries. Location is good; however, the street was under construction. Parking costs €19/night
