"Very convenient to Munich Ostbahnhof! Clean and functional with many restaurants nearby. A clean, functional hotel with very helpful staff!"

"The hotel was fine but had a issue with the staff. My kid bought a drink from there vending machine. The machine gave him the wrong drink. I asked the staff in the lobby if he could get his money back. They refused to help with this situation. They say they don’t own the machines so there is nothing they can do. I was irritated that a hotel would not take responsibility for machines that are in there lobby. I told them they could keep the drink because no one wanted it. I was very disappointed in how they handled the situation. I have stay at this hotel multiple times but I will no longer be staying here. "

"Modern budget hotel with very good public transport links into central Munich (subway and bus stations right outside the hotel). The rooms are simple but provide everything that is needed (except for a fridge). The buffet breakfast offers a good range (including vegan dishes) and is open from 6:30am to 11:00am every day. The only issue is that the capacity of the breakfast room does not match the size of the hotel so expect to wait for a table at peak times."
