I stayed at the hotel for one night before an early morning flight. It was a great stay. The hotel is simple but very clean, with everything in excellent working order. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Fantastic breakfast selection, loved the sausages, large open dining area. There is a 24/7 self service food & drink market in the lobby area with self service checkout. Helpful staff, clean room, the shower cubicle is next to the bed separated by frosted glass. The toilet is enclosed in a separate private room with a door. We took the MVV Line 635 bus and paid for a short trip ticket for €2.10 The bus dropped us off outside Novotel which is next door to Ibis styles. We would definitely stay here again.

Last minute booking due to cancelled flight. A great new hotel. 5 - 10 mims walk to the S Bahn and a few mins to the airport shuttle. Great room, nice friendly staff. Good bar. Didn’t try the restaurant

Overall the property is a great option when at the airport. We found the staff was at times not flexible in allowing simple thins, such as ordering food to the room, even if I offered to take it up myself…?! But generally speaking, new property, everything in working order, would stay again.

At check-in, the staff claimed the bill was unpaid, even though I had already paid via Expedia. Although they eventually confirmed the payment in their system, I was left feeling uneasy because they explained that the amount paid through Expedia was unrelated to the hotel, and the receipt issued by Expedia could not be used. The room and amenities were excellent, so I hope this kind of issue does not happen again. Regarding staying itself, it was worth to choose this hotel.

The room is small and lacks furniture, typical of a newly opened hotel. It doesn’t meet our expectations given the price we paid; it’s not a 3-star hotel at all. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing we appreciate is the bus station nearby, which is a public bus station, not a hotel shuttle. It’s about ten-minute drive from the airport.

The room was very clean and new. I was traveling with my brother, so we got a room with two beds. The toilet was separated from the shower/sink area and had a door for the toilet room. The shower and sink area were basically out in the open in our room as the shower had a clear glass door on it. Across from that area is a huge mirror. That also created a lack of privacy for showering within the hotel room. We covered the mirror. An etched shower door would also help.

The air conditioning was not working. The staff is unaware and made me try several different rooms which were all still very warm. Even the lobby area was uncomfortably warm. I ended up checking out and going to the Novotel nearby. I requested a refund from Expedia and the hotel denied it. Would definitely not recommend.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. This is a brand new hotel and I was looking forward to the stay - but there is an entire section of the hotel where the aircon does not work. No one at the reception is ready to help, they have no fans, no backup, and don’t even have keys to the window. The room was so stuffy that in the middle of the night we had the change hotels. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had - avoid at all costs. Edit: they also said they have no rooms left to move us, but on their website and on other platforms I can see 7 rooms available. The guy at the receptions was completely lying and totally incompetent in my humble opinion. Absolutely ridiculous. Only positive was that the manager was actually helpful and after 1 hour arguing in the middle of the night found the keys to the window. Absolutely terrible experience..!!

Super angenehme, vor oder nach dem flug zu übernachten. Gutes Restaurant für den Abend. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Frühstück beginnt um 6. Um 6 ist leider nur die Hälfte fertig aufgebaut, Säfte noch nicht verfügbar, keine warmen Sachen vorbereitet. Das Personal agiert recht langsam. Hier müssten die Abläufe nochmals überdacht werden.
