If you need a bed for a few hours it’s fine. But it’s hard to find, in a seedy area, and we all woke up incredibly itchy. The pillow is basically a bed sheet stuffed in a pillow case.

Ich komm, rein ins Zimmer liegt eine benutzte weibliche Unterhose auf der Heizung Kaffee Flecken auf dem Nachttisch Essensreste auf dem Boden. Es gab keine Duschwand. Duschwand ist kaputt man konntest nicht zuziehen Abflussstöpsel fürs Waschbecken fehlt. Es stinkt sehr nach Abfluss sehr sehr dreckig das Zimmer nicht abgeschraubt Matratze durch gelegen ich hab sehr Rückenschmerzen und absolut überteuert das Zimmer Personal super freundlich super Chef kann man nicht sagen er ist so zuvorkommend und so respektvoll ein Lob an ihn.

1 nacht verbleven voor doorreis. Vanuit Hauptbahnhof op loopafstand. Hier vandaan ook de rest van München zeer goed bereikbaar via U-bahn. Schone basic kamers. Meer mag je niet verwachten voor wat deze kosten. Vraag voor goedkoop (€10,00) parkeren per dag bij receptie. Lift aanwezig. Geen ontbijt mogelijk. Ligt in een soort klein Red Light district, maar geen moment onveilig gevoeld. Zou bij volgend bezoek weer boeken.

Basic Hotel Near Strip Clubs

Basic motel, shady location due to the 3+ strip clubs (brothels?) on that block and large number of Middle Eastern men hanging out in the evenings. That said, we stayed there three nights and never had an issue at the hotel or walking to/from it.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich leider war in der Dusche eine Türe defekt somit musste ich eine Plastikfolie anfügen. Das Personal hat mir trotzdem immer gesagt ich brauche nur was sagen um es sauber machen zu lassen wegen Wasser austritt. In der Wand war ein großes Loch über der Toilette. Der Manager sagte mir dass das Hotel in wenigen Monaten General saniert wird. Das Zimmer war sauber ich habe aber keine Zimmerreinigung beantragt. Ich war generell rundherum zufrieden bis auf die kleinen Mängel.

Meine niedrigen Erwartungen wurden noch stark unterboten. Das WiFi funktionierte nicht, der Fön war defekt, es gab keine Gläser oder Becher im Zimmer. Obligatorische Tür-Schilder "Bitte nicht stören / Gerne reinigen" waren nicht vorhanden. Das schlimmste: während ich noch schlief stand deshalb plötzlich ein Mann im meinen Zimmer, der offenbar putzen wollte. Als ich mich darüber bei der Abreise an der Rezeption beschweren wollte, war diese längerer Zeit nicht besetzt, so dass ich ohne Feedback abreisen musste.

Book aldrig dette hotel

Ved ankomst til Hotelværelset stod altandøren ud til en altan der gav adgang fra 2 andre værelser åben og radiatoren var skruet helt op. Der lugtede muggent og der var beskidt Værelset og badeværelset var då beskidte og mugne at vi og vores tøj hurtigt lugtede grimt. På anden dagen da vi kom hjem fra aftensmad ude i byen havde der været nogen på værelset - det kunne vi se idet 1 pakke Panodil og Ibumetin der lå toilettasken var åbnet Vi valgte at booke et andet hotel og tjekkede derefter ud Vi kan kun fraråde brug af dette hotel

Super nettes Personal am Empfang, dafür ein großes Lob. Gute Tips. Leider fast Innenstadt und keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Daher schwierig zum Anfahren. In der Nacht sehr laut. Bei geschlossem Fenster in Ordnung. Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer mit Wasserschaden im Bad an der Decke. War sehr muffig, daher muste ich das Fenster öffnen. Very close to the train station and convenience stores. A Strip Club is your neighbor :) it was safe. However, my room was in very poor condition. The toilet lid was broken and had just been placed loosely on the toilet. The cabinet was very old, and the whole room was covered in dirty soot and spots. The bed, however, was good.”

DO NOT BOOK!!! Hotel S16 was absolutely disgusting. The beds were filled with hair and other debris. The shower was covered in black mold. The entire room smelled musty thanks to the shower and the awful stench coming from the sink. The entrance to this dump is adjacent to the door of a strip club. You will be badgered by the strip club staff to enter each time you walk in or out of this nightmare of a hotel. Munich is a wonderful city with many other accommodations. I highly advise you stay elsewhere. Had I not both prepaid and arrived to the hotel so late in the evening after a day trip, I would’ve moved to anywhere else in town. I regret not doing so.

Perfect for a basic short stay

Perfect for a reasonably priced short stop. If you are not overly fussy and need the basics, then this is fine. Power sockets worked, shower worked well. Yep, I recommend this hotel for a one night stop.
